Let's start with each player on your batters side:

C-Paul Lo Duca is getting weaker as getting older and is not going to be able to deliver as much this year and in the coming years. He is not even close to the top of the "Catchers" list, but really all catchers do suck, so you don't have much to worry about at all.

1B- Albert Pujols as you may or may not know is the #1 player in the MLB. He is going to give 50+ home runs and 120+ RBI's. This guy is a heck of a power hitter for that sake and does clutch at times.

2B- Chone Figgins like you said is on the DL so you have Placido Polanco. Well keep checking until you can put Chone Figgins back in because I don't favor Placido Polanco. He is never safe to go with as a primary 2B.

SS- You're probably thinking "what a bummer!" right when you heard Rafael Furcal was on the DL? He produces good numbers and speed so that's a bad thing he is on the DL. But I think that David Eckstein will do just fine until his replacement.

3B- Chipper Jones is a great average player. He hits an average number of homers, an average number of RBI's, has an average Batting average and steals an average number of bases every year. This player is a great player at every average stat.

OF- Jason Bay is one of the best OF out there and that is great that you have him. He is going to deliever lots of power homers this year and he is just going to be an excellent and amazing player. I have hope that this guy will excel this year.

OF- Magglio Ordonez is not close to being a top outfielder. In my opinion, he'd serve as a back-up maybe 4th or 5th outfielder, but certainly not a primary.

OF- Good pick in Garrett Anderson. He's an all-around well player who is going to do just average this year. (read what I wrote for Chipper Jones; the same applies)

UTIL- Jason Giambi is a strong utility man because he can hit lots of homers and RBI's and is a great power hitter who delivers. This is a great pick and a wonderful spot for him.

BN- I have no comment on Dave Roberts.

So your batting side looks great and I'd rate it a 7/10. You've got speed, power, good average, RBI's, home runs, and OBP.

Now your pitching side is the weaker side. But don't worry about that. Since you have an amazing offense, that will cover you and carry you when your pitching is maybe declining.

SP- Roy Oswalt is one of my favorite pitchers and he is one of the best pitchers in the game. He'll get you wins, ERA, and K's, but the only problem is he might suck this year because Houston lost all of its good offense and without great offense, a pitcher can't win a game by himself.

SP- Jason Schmidt is an above average player who will get you a good number of K's and will put up an okay ERA. (a little shaky and risky though)

SP- No comment on Tim Hudson and Scott Olsen

SP- John Maine is going to be a great pitcher this year. He is going to excel and I can see that. I have hope that this guy is going to be a great pitcher this year putting up amazing numbers.

SP- No comment on AJ Burnett

RP- Nice pick in Trevor Hoffman. This guy is a future Hall of Famer and he is one of my favorite relievers. This guy can get you a good ERA and tons and tons of saves so great pick in him.

RP- Little shaky and risky on Takahi Saito, but I hope it works out for you.

RP- Jose Valverde is off to a great start. He is going to give you a lot of saves, a good ERA, and a couple of wins too, unlike some relievers. Nice pick.

The pitching side I would rate a 6. But like I said don't worry your offense takes care of that.

Plus, this is pretty much a great well-rounded up team so I think you have a chance at your league's winner title. Thank you for taking the time and consideration to listen to what I had to say and I rate this team a 6.5 overall. Good luck!!!<br><b>References : </b><br>

Overall you're solid and should contend. You have great SP's, and respectable RP's. The holes I see on offense would be 3B and OF. Chipper Jones is awesome when he's healthy....but that's the problem....he's on the DL more than he's in a lineup. Jason Bay is a top-tier OF, but Ordonez and Anderson are aging vets whose stats will start to drop in a hurry before too much longer.

I'd look to unload one of your SP's for some help at 3B or OF. Maybe work a package deal with a SP and Jones, Ordonez, or Anderson, and see if you can get yourself a top-tier 3B or OF.<br><b>References : </b><br>

There is a relatively new program that has some incredible resources that you would really like. It's a pay service, but you can get full access to the entire program for free for two weeks. All you have to do is sign up, and if you don't want to continue with it you don't have to pay a dime.

For example, you will find a recorded webinar with Gospel Jackson (the 22 year old marketer who makes 30k+ per month on the internet), in which he teaches the basics of marketing. It's pretty incredible, as these are eye-opening lessons that you can apply to the rest of your life, not just the marketing world.

You're also going to find a lot of other resources that help you make money, some of them don't even require you to recruit anyone or sell anything.

It's more than worth your time to check it out. Like I said, if you don't like it, it won't cost you a dime.<br><b>References : </b><br>http://www.easymoneytech.com

The word welcome means nothing, because it is assumed that every customer is welcome. Most importantly, the word welcome takes up vital space in your title tag, which is the most important tag on your website. Search engines expect the title tag to define the site. Use this opportunity to state your product or service and location.

You must know who your customer is, and what he (or she) wants. This may seem easy, but many major companies have spent millions of dollars on research to discover they were wrong. In 1982 Cadillac did a large survey and found that 65% of their buyers selected a Cadillac for prestige, while only 27% bought the car because they felt it was a great vehicle. As a result of this survey, Cadillac spent less on ads that stressed quality, and began to issue special "Gold Cards" to identify Cadillac owners when they came in for service.

Make your company easy to find. Your telephone number should be on the Contact page. When a consumer is shopping, they want answers now, not an email tomorrow. Many consumers hate to fill out online forms. By providing a direct email link and a telephone number, you are making it easy for a potential customer to contact you, which will greatly increase the odds that someone will do business with you.

Some more points are there to follow.<br><b>References : </b><br>http://www.mountaineagleweb.com/Marketing/Internet-Marketing-Basics.htm

It looks like a pretty good team if Pujols can get it together. Figgins should get you some good numbers when he comes back, and your pitching may or may not be good this year. I think they will do well so you should have a good team. I'd say 8/10<br><b>References : </b><br>

8, weak on SBs without Figgy, Hudson is the slow part of your pitching and I didn't like Olsens start today even though he got the win - but I'm sure Oswalt is not a Cardinal fan either so every pitcher has a rough one every now and then.
Check avail of DeRosa or Chris Burke at 2B and Maicer Izturis or Khalil Greene for SS.
Burke and Izturis can contribute to SB's while Figgins is out.
DeRosa and Greene are both streaky power hitters who catch fire and hit HR's for multiple games and both are on that streak right now - but they can go cold just as fast.<br><b>References : </b><br>

Hi Bennie,

Good to hear of a person that wants to take control of their financial future, stay home, and take care of their children.

Internet Marketing can be a strange world for beginners. So much information to take in, so much to learn, so many people who want your hard-earned cash. This article will explain all about Internet Marketing for beginners and how you can start profiting today.

So let's get right into it.

You should be reading this answer if you haven't made any money online yet, are just starting out and need to re-learn the basics, or even if you still consider yourself a beginner in Internet Marketing.

There are main methods of making money online:

1) Selling Your Own Stuff

This involves creating an information product such as a PDF report containing a guide for something (how to lose weight, for example), an audio or video series, and/or tutorials. Basically you should be selling your visitors information which solves a problem that they're currently having.

Even if you're a beginner in the niche you're selling to, you can still collect information from elsewhere and compile it into a completely new product.

You can see why this is particularly effective in modern society, as we're increasingly becoming an information-based society to improve our skills to solve problems.

However, if you're an Internet Marketing beginner, you should avoid 'popular' niches such as weight loss, health and fitness, and the make money online niche.

2) Selling Other People's Stuff - 'Affiliate Marketing'

This is particularly effective for making easy cash, as someone else has already created a product FOR YOU, so you can jump straight into the marketing side of it to make some quick cash (which is what beginners usually enjoy).

Essentially, you sell someone else's product for a split of the profit, set by the product owner, usually as a percentage. This is called a 'commission'.

When you sign up to their affiliate programme, you'll be given a special link which you should send to your customers to order through. When someone orders through your link, the product owner will see it and pay you the agreed commission.

3) Advertising Revenue

The basic idea here is to build a website in a specific niche to receive a lot of visitors ('traffic') and eventually put advertising on it when it grows popular. This may be tough as a beginner, so it's usually best to create some authority for your personal brand to begin with.

Probably the most popular advertising advertising revenue source is 'Google AdSense'. All you have to do is copy and paste a unit of code on your website to display their advertisements, and you get paid every time someone clicks on one of the advertisement links.

Finally, there's advertising banners. These aren't as popular as they were previously, mainly due to losing their responsiveness and getting damn annoying, but are still a good source of income for people who consider themselves beginners at Internet Marketing.

So with all of these choices available to you, which is the most profitable in the long term? The answer: Creating and selling your own product. This is because you have freedom to change anything - the price, the offer, the product... Anything! Also, it's easier keep customers in the long term, which you wouldn't usually get with affiliate promotions.

So let’s get right into it.

You should be reading this answer if you haven’t made any money online yet, are just starting out and need to re-learn the basics, or even if you still consider yourself a beginner in Internet Marketing.

There are main methods of making money online:

1) Selling Your Own Stuff

This involves creating an information product such as a PDF report containing a guide for something (how to lose weight, for example), an audio or video series, and/or tutorials. Basically you should be selling your visitors information which solves a problem that they’re currently having.

Even if you’re a beginner in the niche you’re selling to, you can still collect information from elsewhere and compile it into a completely new product.

You can see why this is particularly effective in modern society, as we’re increasingly becoming an information-based society to improve our skills to solve problems.

However, if you’re an Internet Marketing beginner, you should avoid ‘popular’ niches such as weight loss, health and fitness, and the make money online niche.

2) Selling Other People’s Stuff – ‘Affiliate Marketing’

This is particularly effective for making easy cash, as someone else has already created a product FOR YOU, so you can jump straight into the marketing side of it to make some quick cash (which is what beginners usually enjoy).

Essentially, you sell someone else’s product for a split of the profit, set by the product owner, usually as a percentage. This is called a ‘commission’.

When you sign up to their affiliate programme, you’ll be given a special link which you should send to your customers to order through. When someone orders through your link, the product owner will see it and pay you the agreed commission.

3) Advertising Revenue

The basic idea here is to build a website in a specific niche to receive a lot of visitors (’traffic’) and eventually put advertising on it when it grows popular. This may be tough as a beginner, so it’s usually best to create some authority for your personal brand to begin with.

Probably the most popular advertising advertising revenue source is ‘Google AdSense’. All you have to do is copy and paste a unit of code on your website to display their advertisements, and you get paid every time someone clicks on one of the advertisement links.

Finally, there’s advertising banners. These aren’t as popular as they were previously, mainly due to losing their responsiveness and getting damn annoying, but are still a good source of income for people who consider themselves beginners at Internet Marketing.

So with all of these choices available to you, which is the most profitable in the long term? The answer: Creating and selling your own product. This is because you have freedom to change anything – the price, the offer, the product… Anything! Also, it’s easier keep customers in the long term, which you wouldn’t usually get with affiliate promotions.

I’ve come across a coaching club that will take you step by step on how to build a six figure a month online business from home. This is something you can work for about 2-4 hours a day and take care of your two little ones. Check the resource box for the website.
You have a pretty good team.
Lo Duca is solid for average and rbis, especially batting behind Reyes.
Pujols is Pujols. 40 Homers, 130 rbis, 100 runs.
Figgins is great for speed and Polanco is solid for average.
Furcal is also good for speed.
Chipper has declined a bit through the years, but is still good for 25 homers and 90 rbis.
Bay is solid for homers and rbis.
Anderson and Mag are old and declining, but still good players.
Giambi is good for 35 homers and 100+ rbis.
Roberts is also good for speed and should score many runs like your other speed options.

Great speed, Great Power.
9/10 for batting

Oswalt is a top 5 pitcher.
Schmidt is overlooked this season. Great pitcher.
Hudson is good if he's healthy.
Olsen is an interesting pitcher this season. Should be good.
Maine should get good wins with the Mets. *( Go Mets !! :) )*
Burnett has always had great stuff and should get good wins with the Blue Jays.
Hoffman will get you 40+ saves.
Saito should get you good saves.
Valverde is a risky option for savesm but you have Hoffman and Saito.

8/10 for pitching.
You have good ks and wins in Oswalt and Schmidt.
The rest of your starting pitchers are pretty risky though.
You have plenty of saves.

Overall
8.5/10
You have a good team.
You should be in the top 3.<br><b>References : </b><br>
